PrintKeepsake provides online information, customer support, and custom photo-printing services. Product descriptions, examples, prices, availability, delivery estimates, and promotions may change without notice. We may correct errors, update features, or discontinue a product when necessary.
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate someone else’s rights.

You are responsible for reviewing crop areas, orientation, spelling, personalization, quantities, sizes, and shipping information before submitting an order. Screen colors vary by device and monitor; printed color may not exactly match a screen preview. Low-resolution, blurry, underexposed, or improperly cropped files may produce results that differ from your expectations.
An order request is not accepted until PrintKeepsake confirms it. Prices and taxes are shown at the time of purchase or quote. You authorize the payment method used for the order and confirm that you are permitted to use it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, technical problems, or inability to fulfill the request.
Because custom products may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after processing begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction. If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact support with the order number and photographs so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can result from production volume, carrier interruptions, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, or events outside our control. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and checking tracking information when available.
The website may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, online chat, payment processing, shipping, email, or other functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. PrintKeepsake is not responsible for the independent operation or content of third-party websites.

We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the site, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, events outside our reasonable control, or third-party services.
